Wesway is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Volunteer Board of Directors. We are especially interested in candidates of

Indigenous or French background, as well as individuals who live in the surrounding region of Thunder Bay to ensure our leadership
reflects the diversity of the families and communities we serve.

As we work to respond and evolve to the changing needs of our families and our broader community, we are committed to creating a
Board that is inclusive and representative of all backgrounds. By bringing together diverse perspectives, we aim to better serve families
and drive positive change.
